Trim the Stems
Cut about 1-2 inches from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more efficiently.
Place in Clean Water
Fill a clean vase with lukewarm water. Make sure it’s deep enough to cover the stems, but not the leaves.
Remove Submerged Leaves
Trim off any leaves that will be submerged in the water. This prevents bacteria and mold from growing.
Change the Water Regularly
Change the water every 2 days to keep it fresh and clean. Don’t forget to trim the stems again when you replace the water.
Keep in a Cool Area
Place your flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, heat, or drafts, to help them last longer.
Mist the Petals
Lightly mist the petals with water if they start to wilt. This will help hydrate them and keep them looking fresh.
