2. Prices and Products: We strive to keep the prices and products on our website current and accurate. However, we reserve the right to change prices and products at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Deliveries: By placing an order on our website, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem fraudulent or illegal. We strive to meet all deliveries on time, but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
4. Cancellations and Returns: We realize that circumstances may change.
We will be happy to cancel and refund your order 80% if your cancellation request is made before 3:00 pm the day before the delivery date of your order. Due to the nature of Melina Florez Floral Boutique products, some necessary preparations are made the day before for each order. We require prior notice of cancellation.
If your cancellation request is made between 3:01 pm and 10:00 pm the day before the delivery of your order we will refund 60% of your order total, calculated before taxes and shipping fee.
If your cancellation request is made after 10:01 pm the day before the delivery of your order, no refund will be made.
Cancellation request special dates: for these dates we double our efforts to do our best for you with careful logistics, for these dates we do not accept cancellations.
Cancellation requests should be sent to contact@melinaflorez.com in the subject line write “order cancellation”. The exact time of your email will be treated as the time of your cancellation request.
5. Intellectual Property: All contents of our website, including images, texts and designs, are property of Melina Florez Floral Boutique and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
