- How do I know if my order was delivered?

- Can I place an order for same day delivery?
The answer is Yes, BUT before 10:00 am you must write us by SMS 7028900479 asking for the products available for same day delivery. You might be lucky and be able to buy a product for same day delivery, give it a try!
- I have problems completing my order, what should I do?
To provide support for your problems with our website, please write to contact@melinaflorez.com describing your problem and attach evidence of the failure at the time of your purchase.
- Can I change the address of my order?
Yes you can, to make the change you must do it before 3:00 pm the day before delivery. Write us an email to contact@melinaflorez.com in the subject write “change of address”, the order number, name and cell phone number.
- Can I change the product I already ordered?
Yes you can, but to make the change you must take into account that it can be for a product of the same value, or for one of greater value by paying the difference. However, if you want to change the product for one of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded and you will get store credits.
PAYMENTS
- What are the payment methods used by Floral Boutique?
We accept credit card payments through the web.
We accept payment through a payment link for personalized orders.
- Is there any extra payment in addition to the cost of the product?
Our standard shipping charge is $25.00 for delivery in Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson only.
- Why haven’t I received confirmation of my order?
In case you have placed an order and in 15 minutes you have not received your order confirmation, it may be in your “junk mail” or “Spam” folder. In case you can’t find your email, you can write us an email to contact@melinaflorez.com name and cell phone number.
DELIVERIES
- Is there a same day delivery option?
The answer is Yes, BUT before 10:00 am you must write us by SMS 7028900479 asking for the products available for same day delivery. You might be lucky and be able to buy a product for the same day, try it!
- What are the delivery times for orders?
Our deliveries are from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
On special dates our schedule is extended.
- Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- How can I cancel a paid order?
We realize that circumstances may change.
We will be happy to cancel and refund your order 80% if your cancellation request is made before 3:00 pm the day before the delivery date of your order. Due to the nature of Melina Florez Floral Boutique products, some necessary preparations are made the day before for each order. We require prior notice of cancellation.
If your cancellation request is made between 3:01 pm and 10:00 pm the day before the delivery of your order we will refund 60% of your order total, calculated before taxes and shipping fee.
If your cancellation request is made after 10:01 pm the day before the delivery of your order, no refund will be made.
Cancellation request special dates: for these dates we double our efforts to do our best for you with careful logistics, for these dates we do not accept cancellations.
Cancellation requests should be sent to contact@melinaflorez.com in the subject line write “order cancellation”. The exact time of your email will be treated as the time of your cancellation request.
- Is it possible to return the products?
We provide a product that contains life and is organic, are perishable and delicate products, its handling must be careful because it is sensitive to temperature, humidity and light. The only exception being the reception of a defective product or if you received a product that does not match your purchase order. This claim must be made within 6 hours of receiving the product, sending a photo and details of what happened to contact@melinaflorez.com. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions.
- How long does the refund process take?
The refund process for cancelled orders can take approximately 8 working days.
